The Vitrum Cooling Workbenches CTFS16.2.2.MF.2 is a low freezing undercounter table for professional kitchens, holding temperatures between -20 °C and -10 °C via forced-air cooling on a standard 230 V supply. At 1660 mm wide, it provides substantial prep surface area while keeping frozen product close at hand beneath the worktop.
Configured with two doors and two drawers, this unit suits busy restaurant, hotel and catering operations where frequent access to frozen ingredients is required without disrupting workflow. The electric refrigeration system draws just 0.35 kW, keeping running costs low in high-use environments.
