Description
Description
The Vitrum CTF16.1.1.1.MF is a stainless steel freezer table from our Cooling Workbenches 2026 line, designed to hold a steady −18 °C to −20 °C directly beneath the prep surface — ideal for restaurants, hotel kitchens, and catering operations that need reliable blast-cold storage integrated into the workflow. The 1 660 mm wide cabinet runs on a single-phase 230 V / 50 Hz supply and uses natural R290 refrigerant, making it a straightforward fit for most commercial kitchen electrical installations.
The two-door cabinet is built around a central MF freezer compressor module, with polyurethane foam insulation throughout and an electronic controller that manages automatic defrost without staff intervention. A front-accessible, removable compressor cassette keeps scheduled maintenance fast and non-disruptive — no need to pull the unit out from the line. The stainless steel worktop includes an upstand, and height-adjustable legs let us level the table precisely on any kitchen floor.
