The Vitrum CTF16.1.1.MF.3.B is a freestanding freezer table for professional kitchens, holding a steady operating range of -18 °C to -20 °C across a 1660 mm wide stainless steel (INOX) work surface — well suited to restaurants, hotels, catering operations and dark kitchens that need reliable undercounter freezing with a full prep top.

Built around an R290 refrigerant compressor centrally mounted between two solid doors, the unit features high-density seamless polyurethane foam insulation, automatic defrost with electronic control, and a self-cleaning condenser filter that reduces maintenance downtime. The removable front-access compressor cassette means servicing can be done in place without pulling the unit from the line. GN 1/1 compatible storage and height-adjustable legs add everyday operational flexibility, while the included rear upstand keeps the wall clean behind a busy prep station.
