The Was Large Strainer 360 mm is a commercial kitchen strainer for high-volume pasta, vegetable, and stock work, built from hygienic CrNi stainless steel with a 2 mm mesh that drains quickly while retaining solids. The 360 mm bowl diameter handles large batch quantities in one pass, making it a practical tool for restaurant kitchens, hotel catering operations, and canteen lines.
The hollow handle design keeps the grip cool and reduces hand fatigue during continuous service. With a total handle length of 305 mm, the strainer gives chefs safe clearance over pots and gastronorm containers without reaching into steam.
