Description

The Was Series 2144 Colander is a 360 mm diameter professional strainer built for high-volume pasta, vegetable, and stock work in commercial kitchens. Constructed from chromium-nickel stainless steel throughout, it delivers the corrosion resistance and durability that busy restaurant and catering operations require. The side-handle design keeps the bowl secure during draining, reducing spills and handling risk on a fast-moving line.

At 205 mm deep, the bowl holds a generous load without allowing contents to overflow during rapid draining — practical for everything from blanching stations in hotel kitchens to prep lines in large cafés and canteens. The robust CrNi construction cleans easily in commercial dishwashers and resists the daily abuse of a professional environment.
