Description

The Casta CC/06 is a six-burner gas wok cooker range (Chinese range) from Casta's Ethnic wok stove line, built for high-throughput professional kitchens. Each burner is removable for fast cleaning, sits beneath a cast-iron wok support ring sized for round-bottomed woks, and is protected by a pilot flame with thermocouple flame-failure cut-off — the standard configuration across Casta's CC-series gas wok ranges.

Designed for chefs who need consistent output across a full bank of burners, the CC/06 suits Asian cuisine specialists, hotel banqueting kitchens, and any high-volume operation running wok dishes at scale. The AISI 304 stainless steel body is straightforward to clean and maintains its finish under continuous daily use.
