The Casta CC/02 is a two-burner gas wok cooker range (Chinese range) from Casta's Ethnic wok stove line, built for high-throughput Asian cuisine in professional kitchens. Each burner is removable for fast cleaning, sits beneath a cast-iron wok support ring sized for round-bottomed woks, and is protected by a pilot flame with thermocouple flame-failure cut-off — the standard configuration across Casta's CC-series gas wok ranges.

Constructed in AISI 304 stainless steel throughout, the CC/02 is built to withstand the rigours of continuous commercial use and is straightforward to clean down at the end of service. With two independent burners, it suits operations running multiple wok dishes simultaneously — from dedicated Asian restaurants and hotel buffet kitchens to ghost kitchens specialising in ethnic cuisine.
