The Casta CC/02 is a two-zone induction wok cooker range from the Wok Induction Ethnic line, built for high-throughput Asian cuisine in professional kitchens. Induction heating delivers instant, precise energy directly to the wok, eliminating open-flame hazards and cutting heat-up times — a clear advantage in fast-paced restaurant, hotel, and catering environments.
Constructed in AISI 304 stainless steel throughout, the CC/02 is built to withstand the rigours of continuous commercial use and is straightforward to clean down at the end of service. With two independent burner zones, it suits operations running multiple wok dishes simultaneously — from dedicated Asian restaurants and hotel buffet kitchens to ghost kitchens specialising in ethnic cuisine.
