The Saro CC/02 is a floor-standing professional gas wok cooker with two burners delivering 21 kW each — 42 kW combined — purpose-built for high-volume Asian cuisine in restaurants, hotel kitchens and catering operations that demand sustained, intense heat. Manufactured in Italy by CASTA S.R.L., it is built from stainless steel and supplied preset for natural gas, with propane nozzles included for flexible installation.
Each burner is removable for straightforward cleaning, and a dedicated removable drip pan sits beneath every burner to keep service interruptions short. Enamelled wok supports and a pilot flame with flame failure protection on each position round out a workhorse specification designed for busy-line reliability. The open-base floor-standing frame gives ergonomic access and fits standard kitchen workflows.
