Description
The Saro CC/01.BB is a tabletop single-burner gas wok cooker from the 700 Professional Cooking Line, delivering 21 kW of focused heat through a dedicated wok burner — purpose-built for high-volume stir-fry, searing and Asian cuisine in professional kitchens, restaurants and hotel operations.
The stainless steel housing is compact enough to sit on any prep counter at 700 × 700 × 275 mm, yet robust at 47 kg. A removable enamelled wok ring supports round-bottomed woks securely, and both the burner and the drip/grease collection pan underneath pull out for fast, thorough cleaning during service breaks. A thermocouple flame failure device cuts the gas supply automatically if the flame goes out, and a pilot flame aids reliable ignition. The unit ships preset for natural gas (G20/H-gas) with propane conversion nozzles included, giving operators flexibility on fuel supply.
