Description

The Hamilton Beach CPM800 is a countertop planetary stand mixer for commercial kitchens, built around an 8-quart stainless steel bowl and a 1.5 kW motor driving all-metal planetary gears. The die-cast aluminium body and tilt-back head construction make it a durable, practical choice for bakeries, hotel kitchens, cafés and small-to-mid-volume restaurant operations that need reliable mixing without a full-size floor unit footprint.

Seven variable speeds plus a pulse function — adjustable on the fly during the mixing cycle — give operators precise control over everything from gentle folding to high-speed whipping. The mixer handles up to 2 kg of flour per batch and ships with a stainless steel flat beater, dough hook and wire whisk as standard. A BPA-free bowl guard with a safety micro switch protects both the operator and the mix. NSF International certification and EU Declaration of Conformity confirm it meets commercial food-safety and safety standards.
