The WAS GN 91 is a stainless steel gastronorm tray in GN 1/4 format, holding 4 litres and built to EN 631 European Gastronorm standards — sized to drop straight into standard bain-marie units, refrigerated prep counters and hotel pans without adjustment.
Constructed from 0.7 mm stainless steel, the GN 91 series handles everything from blast-chilled storage at –40 °C through to oven and bain-marie service up to 280 °C, making it a practical all-station container for professional kitchens, catering operations and hotel buffet lines. The compact 265 × 162 mm footprint fits tight prep areas and gastronorm transport frames alike.
