Description

The WAS GN 91 GN 1/2 gastronorm tray is a stainless steel food container for professional kitchen storage, prep and service, holding 4 litres at a 65 mm depth. Built to EN 631-1 standard, it fits any GN-compatible bain-marie, chilled counter, oven or blast chiller accepting a half-size insert.

Constructed from stainless steel at 0.7 mm wall thickness, the GN 91 series offers reliable durability for daily high-volume use in restaurants, hotel kitchens, catering operations and canteens. The standardised footprint makes it straightforward to mix and match depths across a full GN system.
