Description

At GN 1/2 and 100 mm deep, this tray holds 6.5 litres — enough for a station's worth of mise en place, hot-holding, or refrigerated storage without the footprint of a full GN 1/1.

It is made from chrome nickel steel 18/8 in the GN Select range, built for intensive daily use. It stacks securely, fits standard gastronorm equipment, and is dishwasher safe.
