The WAS GN 90 is a stainless steel Gastronorm tray in GN 1/1 format, built to EN 631 standard for professional kitchen use in restaurants, hotels, catering operations and central kitchens. At 40 mm deep with a solid, non-perforated bottom, it handles everything from storing prepped ingredients to serving hot or cold dishes in bain-marie setups and gastronorm-compatible equipment.
Constructed from stainless steel at 0.7 mm wall thickness, the GN 90 series delivers a practical balance of durability and weight — easy to handle during busy service while robust enough for daily commercial use. The full-size 1/1 footprint fits standard GN shelving, hot holds, blast chillers and transport systems without adaptation.
