Description

This GN 1/2 tray holds 8.7 litres at a 150 mm depth, sized for high-volume storage, bulk prep, or bain-marie service where one deep insert works better than stacking several shallow ones.

It is made from chrome nickel steel 18/8, part of the GN Select range built for intensive daily use. It stacks cleanly, fits standard gastronorm equipment, and is dishwasher safe.
