The WAS GN 91 is a stainless steel gastronorm tray in GN 1/2 format, holding approximately 8.9 litres at a depth of 150 mm — built to EN 631 standard and sized to drop straight into any compatible bain-marie, refrigerated prep unit, or gastronorm storage system.
Fabricated from stainless steel at 0.7 mm wall thickness, the GN 91 series balances durability with practical weight, making it a reliable workhorse for hot and cold food holding in restaurant kitchens, hotel buffet lines, catering operations and central production facilities.
