Description

Ventilated cooling spreads cold air evenly across every pan, so this 7-pan display holds gelato and ice cream at a consistent scooping texture from the first serve to the last. It suits gelaterias, ice cream parlours and dessert bars that need even temperature under a curved-glass front.
