Description
This 13-pan freezer uses ventilated (fan-assisted) cooling to even out temperature across the whole display, holding gelato at a scoopable texture through a long service. A curved-glass front fronts the display, sold for gelaterias, ice cream parlours and high-turnover dessert counters.
Held at -16 to -10°C, it draws 1600W and uses 8322kWh a year (class D). The glass is heated to stop condensation from blurring the view of the display. A lower front pane gives a clearer sightline into the display than a standard cabinet. Noise runs at 56 dB(A). It moves on 4 castors.
