Description
This 18-pan freezer uses ventilated (fan-assisted) cooling to even out temperature across the whole display, holding gelato at a scoopable texture through a long service. A curved-glass front fronts the display, sold for gelaterias, ice cream parlours and high-turnover dessert counters.
Held at -20 to -14°C, it draws 2450W and uses 10445kWh a year (class D). The glass is heated to stop condensation from blurring the view of the display. Noise runs at 56 dB(A). Net weight is 270kg. Exterior finish is white. It runs on R290 refrigerant. A built-in thermometer keeps the reading visible to staff.
