Where static units can run soft at the edges, this 13-pan ventilated display keeps every pan at the same scooping temperature, fan-assisted air reaching corners a still cabinet would miss. It suits gelaterias, ice cream parlours and dessert bars that need even temperature under a curved-glass front.
Running at -20 to -14°C, energy use is 9563kWh a year (class E) at 1340W. The glass is heated to stop condensation from blurring the view of the display. Noise runs at 56 dB(A). It moves on 4 castors. A refrigerated storage compartment underneath holds a further 14 Napoli pans.
