The Vitrum Cooling Workbenches CTSMG08.3.MD is a compact refrigerated workbench for professional sandwich and cold prep stations, maintaining a working temperature of +2 °C to +6 °C in an 860 mm wide footprint. Built entirely from stainless steel (INOX) and insulated with high-density two-component polyurethane foam via seamless injection, it is designed for demanding kitchen environments where hygiene and thermal consistency are non-negotiable.

We supply this unit with a 3-drawer block sized for GN 1/1-150 inserts, running on an integrated MD cooling compressor module positioned beneath the drawers — keeping your prep surface clear and workflow uninterrupted. Telescopic stainless steel drawer guides ensure smooth, full-extension access during busy service. Automatic electronic defrost and the low-GWP R290 refrigerant reduce maintenance overhead and meet current environmental standards. Single-phase 230 V / 50 Hz connection means straightforward installation in any commercial kitchen, café or hotel galley.
