The Vitrum CTSM16.3.3.MD.1 is a made-to-order stainless steel cold table for professional kitchens, holding a working temperature range of +2 °C to +6 °C across 1,660 mm of prep counter space. Its configuration combines two three-drawer blocks on telescopic stainless steel guides, one insulated door with a shelf, and a central MD cooling compressor unit with an additional top drawer — giving your brigade immediate refrigerated access from multiple points along the line.

Built from INOX throughout and insulated with seamless high-density two-component polyurethane foam, this cold table is designed for the sustained demands of restaurant prep lines, hotel banquet kitchens and high-volume catering operations. The eco-friendly R290 refrigerant, single-phase 230 V / 50 Hz connection, and height-adjustable legs make installation straightforward in most existing kitchen layouts. GN trays are not included and should be ordered separately.
