Description

The Vitrum Vitrum Cooling Workbenches CTS08.M.2 is a low refrigerated table with a 2-drawer block for professional kitchen undercounter use, holding a stable 2–6 °C and drawing just 0.25 kW. Built for restaurants, hotels and catering operations where worktop space and organised cold storage must coexist, its compact 860 × 650 × 650 mm footprint fits tight prep lines without sacrificing GN 1/1-200 tray capacity.

We build every unit from stainless steel (INOX) throughout, insulated with seamless liquid-injected high-density polyurethane foam for consistent thermal performance. The drawers run on telescopic stainless steel guides for smooth, full-extension access, and the electronic automatic defrost system keeps maintenance minimal during busy service. The M-series central compressor runs on R290 refrigerant — a low-GWP choice that meets current environmental standards.
