Description

The Maxima MCG-GR is a single contact grill with a 22 cm grooved plate for cafés, snack bars, hotel breakfast rooms and restaurant kitchens: paninis, toasted sandwiches, meat, fish and vegetables get the grill marks from the ribbed cast iron plates, which spread the heat evenly. The thermostat runs from 50 to 300 °C, an indicator light shows when the set temperature is reached, and a drip tray collects the fat. The housing and handle are stainless steel, so it wipes clean, and a cleaning brush is included; the plates themselves are not removable.
