Description
The Saro PG 1 GG is an electric contact grill with a ribbed top plate and a smooth bottom plate, so it can grill and press panini, sandwiches, meat and vegetables on one side while searing evenly on the other. It suits snack bars, bistros, restaurants, cafés and quick-service kitchens, and heats from 50 to 300 °C.
The top plate measures 213 x 215 mm and the bottom plate 220 x 230 mm; housing and drip tray are stainless steel, the plate is cast iron and the handle is heat-insulating plastic. Connection 230 V, 50 Hz, 1.8 kW; external dimensions 320 x 384 x 203 mm, net weight 16 kg.
