Description
The Sirman PD PS is a double contact / panini grill from the Paninonstick® series, rated at 3 kW and reaching up to 300 °C, designed for high-throughput sandwich and panini service in restaurants, cafés, hotels and catering operations. Its two independent cooking zones — each with a separate thermostat — let operators run different products simultaneously at different temperatures across a 500 × 255 mm cooking surface.
Fine-grain cast iron plates carry Sirman's Paninonstick® ceramic non-stick coating and are fully removable for cleaning, available in four plate configurations (grooved/grooved, grooved/flat, flat/flat, or the mixed-bottom M variant) to match menu requirements. The self-balancing upper plates auto-adjust to food thickness without manual intervention, while the hinge can be fine-tuned with an Allen key. A front-mounted removable grease tray and an included scraping brush keep the station clean during service.
Built around a stainless steel body and drawing on a standard 230 V single-phase supply, the PD PS fits counter space efficiently and is a practical choice for busy kitchens that need consistent grill marks, flexible plate setups and easy plate swaps between service shifts.
