The Sirman Cort L-R-X is a contact grill / panini grill for cafés, restaurants, hotels and sandwich bars, combining a ribbed top plate with a smooth bottom plate — both cast iron with ceramic non-stick coating — to handle everything from pressed panini to grilled proteins at up to 300 °C.

Drawing 2.1 kW on a standard 230 V single-phase supply, the Cort L-R-X is sized to fit compact service counters while delivering consistent results: two shock-proof heating elements adhere directly to the plates for even heat transfer, and the self-balancing upper plate automatically adjusts to product thickness so different sandwich builds cook evenly without manual repositioning. The built-in timer (the "X" in the model name) and adjustable thermostat give operators precise control during busy service.

The stainless steel body is built for commercial daily use, and the front-mounted removable grease receptacle keeps the station clean between covers. A practical choice for any high-throughput hot-snack or breakfast operation.
