Its EC-series compact refrigerating unit delivers fast temperature stabilisation, keeping product quality consistent even under frequent door access.

Built for the demands of a professional kitchen, the CN 700 EC features 70 mm door insulation with a balloon sealing rubber that is replaceable without tools, plus an electrically heated seal that activates in freezer mode to prevent frost build-up. The door swings open to a full 210° and self-closes below 90°, keeping the cold chain intact during busy service. Castors are included for easy repositioning on the floor.
