The Cambro CSDR8151 Elements Series Angled Drying Rack is a Camshelving cradle accessory for commercial kitchens, holding up to 8 items — including full and half-size sheet pans, trays, cutting boards, lids, and plates from 203 to 343 mm in diameter — at an angled position for efficient draining and storage. Made in the USA from high-impact ABS plastic, it is non-corrosive, rust-free, and dishwasher safe, making it a low-maintenance fit for busy restaurant, hotel, and catering prep areas.
Installation is straightforward: remove existing shelf plates from Camshelving Elements, Elements XTRA, or Premium Series traverses and drop the rack in their place. NSF Listed for food-service compliance. Note that the Camshelving Elements Series has been superseded by Elements XTRA; this item is available while supplies last.
