The Cambro MPMU61317DRPKG is a mobile vertical drying and storage rack designed for high-volume warewashing and prep areas in restaurants, hotels, catering operations and institutional kitchens. Its modular steel frame holds removable 7-slot ABS plastic drying cradles that accommodate trays, sheet pans, cutting boards and lids, keeping wet or clean items upright and off work surfaces to speed air-drying and free counter space.
Each cradle handles up to 70 items per shelf, and the rack rolls easily on four total-locking swivel casters — making it straightforward to move between dishwash, storage and service zones or lock in place during loading. Posts and traverses carry a lifetime warranty against rust and corrosion, ensuring long-term durability in the wet environments these racks are built for.
