The Cambro Camshelving Premium Angled Drying and Storage Rack is a mobile meal pellet rack for commercial kitchens, institutional food service, and healthcare tray lines, holding up to 32 dishes per shelf across angled ABS plastic cradles that fit meal delivery pellets or GN 1/1 food pans directly onto the shelf traverses.
The unit rolls on four premium swivel casters with locking brakes, making it easy to move between tray lines, dishwash areas, and storage positions. Its steel-core frame with polypropylene exterior is built to handle the demanding conditions of catering operations and high-volume hospital or care-facility kitchens.
