The Cambro Elements Series Vertical Drying Rack is a mobile, floor-standing drying cart for commercial kitchens, designed to air-dry trays, cutting boards, lids, full and half-size sheet pans, and plates ranging from 203 to 343 mm (8"–13.5") in diameter. Built on Cambro's modular Camshelving Elements post-and-traverse system, the unit ships as a three-level rack with removable seven-slot cradles at each level, keeping wet items upright and separated for faster, safer drying — a practical fit for restaurant prep areas, hotel banquet kitchens, and high-volume catering operations.

The high-impact ABS drying cradles are dishwasher safe for quick turnaround, while the corrosion-resistant polymer posts and traverses carry a lifetime warranty against rust and corrosion.
