The Cambro Elements Series Vertical Drying Rack is a mobile, floor-standing drying cart for commercial kitchens, designed to air-dry trays, cutting boards, lids, full and half-size sheet pans, and plates ranging from 203 to 343 mm (8"–13.5") in diameter. Built on Cambro's modular Camshelving Elements post-and-traverse system, the unit ships as a three-level rack with removable seven-slot cradles at each level, keeping wet items upright and separated for faster, safer drying — a practical fit for restaurant prep areas, hotel banquet kitchens, and high-volume catering operations.

The high-impact ABS drying cradles are dishwasher safe for quick turnaround, while the corrosion-resistant polymer posts and traverses carry a lifetime warranty against rust and corrosion. Casters allow the unit to roll to wherever it's needed and clear the floor for easy cleaning underneath. NSF Component listed and made in the USA.
