The Was Kesselrührbesen XL is a professional balloon whisk designed for stirring and whisking in large pots and kettles, available in a 1000 mm total length with a 66 cm whisk head. Built from CrNi chrome-nickel stainless steel throughout, it delivers the reach and rigidity needed when working over deep stock pots, tilting kettles, and commercial boilers.
The handle is sealed watertight, making it easy to clean and hygienic for continuous use in busy professional kitchens. This model suits restaurants, hotels, catering operations, and central production kitchens where standard-length utensils simply cannot reach the bottom of large vessels. The Kesselrührbesen XL series is also available in 600 mm, 800 mm, and 1250 mm lengths to match any kettle depth.
