Hot holding & Warming
Cooking is only half the job — good service means holding food at temperature without drying it out. This collection covers warming equipment for buffet lines, canteens and banqueting, from a single soup kettle to a full serving counter. For the classic water-bath format, start with bain-maries and food warmers. Examples include Maxima bain-maries in electric and gas versions, soup kettles of 10 and 13 litres, plate warmers for 30 to 120 plates, a 72-cup warmer, chocolate melters, induction and electric warming trays, heated food displays and a Saro electric chafing dish. Heated buffet units are in buffet and food display.
