Description

The Saro LQ / SPE40BA is a floor-standing electric chip warmer for snack bars, quick-service restaurants, canteens and food-serving areas, keeping chips and similar fried products warm and ready for service after preparation. It takes a GN 1/1 pan, 150 mm deep, heated by a ceramic element above and a second element beneath the pan, with a perforated false bottom and an on/off switch. The body is AISI 304 stainless steel.

Connection is 230 V / 50 Hz at 1 kW. External dimensions are 400 x 900 x 850 mm, net weight 60 kg, gross weight 70 kg.
