From contact grills and griddles for fast-moving service to chargrills, kebab grills and rotisseries — including Roller Grill units — this is the station that gives a menu its signature char. Keep everything serving-hot with bain-marie and food warmers. Examples include Maxima induction griddles from the 700 line in smooth or combined smooth-and-grooved versions, ceramic tabletop hibachi grills, cast-iron contact grills, doner grill accessories and a two-zone 6.4 kW gas plancha.
