Description
The Vitrum HDCT8_CK is a compact refrigerated hot dog station built for high-turnover counters, with a glass canopy and integrated LED lighting over the worktop and two 230 V sockets for the roller grill or sausage warmer on top. The station measures 860 x 750 x 1340 mm in stainless steel AISI 304.
The base holds four refrigerated GN 1/1 drawers, three of them 150 mm deep and one 200 mm deep, on telescopic stainless steel guides, cooled by a ventilated system between +2 and +6 °C with a Carel electronic controller, automatic defrosting, high-density polyurethane insulation and R290 refrigerant. The cooling compressor is a removable standardised cassette that can be replaced within minutes. Power input is 0.23 kW on a 220–240 V single-phase supply.
Castors, GN containers and lids are the usual add-ons and are quoted with the unit. The station is built to order in our own factory; the version with a five-position GN 1/9 topping rail can be selected above. Contact us for configurations and a quote.
