Description
The Vitrum HDCT12.3C.3.MD.GN5 is a refrigerated hot dog station with five GN 1/9 topping containers under a glass canopy with integrated LED lighting, and a pull-out cutting board built into the worktop. The station measures 1260 x 700 x 1370 mm in stainless steel AISI 304.
The base combines four refrigerated GN 1/1 drawers, three of them 150 mm deep and one 200 mm deep, with three neutral GN 1/1 drawers (one 150 mm and two 100 mm) for buns and packaging, all on telescopic stainless steel guides. Ventilated cooling holds +2 to +6 °C with a Carel electronic controller, automatic defrosting, high-density polyurethane insulation and R290 refrigerant, and the compressor is a removable standardised cassette. Power input is 0.23 kW on a 220–240 V single-phase supply.
Castors, GN containers and lids are the usual add-ons and are quoted with the unit. The station is built to order in our own factory; the version without a topping rail can be selected above. Contact us for configurations and a quote.
