Description
The Vitrum HDCT16.2S.3.MD.3 is a large refrigerated hot dog station with an integrated sausage warmer built into the worktop, under a glass canopy with integrated LED lighting. The station measures 1660 x 700 x 1380 mm in stainless steel AISI 304. The sausage warmer runs on its own 0.3 kW, 220 V connection, separate from the cooling system.
The base combines seven refrigerated GN 1/1 drawers, six of them 150 mm deep and one 200 mm deep, with two neutral GN 1/1 drawers (one 150 mm and one 100 mm) for buns and packaging, all on telescopic stainless steel guides. Ventilated cooling holds +2 to +6 °C with a Carel electronic controller, automatic defrosting, high-density polyurethane insulation and R290 refrigerant, and the compressor is a removable standardised cassette. Total power input is 0.23 kW for cooling plus 0.3 kW for the warmer, on a 220–240 V single-phase supply.
Castors, GN containers and lids are the usual add-ons and are quoted with the unit. The station is built to order in our own factory; the narrower 1260 mm version with a sausage warmer can be selected above. Contact us for configurations and a quote.
