Vitrum Hot Dog Station HDCT12_CK, Neutral Drawers, 1260 mm
HDCT12_CK
Refrigerated hot dog station with four cooled and three neutral GN 1/1 drawers, glass canopy, LED lighting and three 230 V sockets, 1260 x 750 x 1340 mm
Description
The Vitrum HDCT12_CK is a refrigerated hot dog station with a glass canopy and integrated LED lighting over the worktop and three surface-mounted 230 V sockets for the roller grill or sausage warmer on top, plus a pocket for spoons and packaging. The station measures 1260 x 750 x 1340 mm in stainless steel.
The base combines four refrigerated GN 1/1 drawers, three of them 150 mm deep and one 200 mm deep, with three neutral GN 1/1-150 mm drawers for buns and packaging, all on telescopic stainless steel guides. Ventilated cooling holds +2 to +6 °C with a Carel electronic controller, automatic defrosting, high-density polyurethane insulation and R290 refrigerant, and the compressor is a removable standardised cassette. Power input is 0.23 kW on a 220–240 V single-phase supply.
Castors, GN containers and lids are the usual add-ons and are quoted with the unit. The station is built to order in our own factory; the deeper GN 1/9 topping versions can be selected above. Contact us for configurations and a quote.
