The WAS GN 76 series GN 2/1 gastronorm tray is a shallow stainless steel pan, 20 mm deep and sized at 650 × 530 mm, built for high-volume food preparation, storage, and service in professional kitchens. Compliant with EN 631, it fits any standard GN 2/1 rack, oven, or bain-marie, making it a reliable workhorse for restaurants, hotel kitchens, catering operations, and canteens.
The solid, unperforated bottom holds 5.5 litres, suited to portioning cold appetisers, marinating proteins, or presenting buffet items. At just 20 mm depth it stacks compactly and integrates cleanly into existing GN systems without taking up unnecessary height in a refrigerator or hot cabinet.
