The WAS Seria GN 79 GN 2/4 gastronorm tray is a full, unperforated stainless steel container measuring 530 × 162 mm at 150 mm deep, holding 12.9 litres — built for professional food storage, preparation and service in restaurant kitchens, hotel catering and large-scale food production.
Constructed from stainless steel at 0.6 mm wall thickness, this tray fits standard GN 2/4 shelving, counter inserts and bain-marie frames. The unperforated base retains liquids, sauces and marinades, making it equally suited to cold storage and hot-hold service lines.
