Built for face-to-face scooping, this stand-alone freezer presents 9 Napoli pans behind a curved-glass sneeze guard, holding the ice cream at easy reach for staff. Ice cream parlours and gelaterias use units like this for a proper serve-over counter.
An electronic controller keeps it at -20 to -14°C via static cooling, using 4318kWh a year (class C). A storage compartment underneath fits 16 Napoli pans, so staff can restock without leaving the counter. Noise runs at 45 dB(A). It moves on 4 double castors. An interior LED light, switched independently, keeps the display lit.
