Description
Built on a chest freezer body with a glass serve-over top added, this 398L unit lets staff scoop straight from plastic tubs while the sliding lids underneath keep the reserve stock insulated. Serving space fits 11 x 5L tubs, and understorage adds 22 x 5L tubs for restocking through a shift.
A mechanical controller runs the static cooling to hold -24 to -14°C, sized for gelaterias, kiosks and cafés with steady scoop sales. It moves on 4 wheels, 2 with brake, and it locks up out of hours. An interior LED light keeps the display visible in low light.
