For counters that scoop straight from the tub, this 398L freezer adds a glass serve-over top to a sliding-lid chest base, keeping the display cold without opening the whole unit. Serving space fits 11 x 5L tubs, and understorage adds 22 x 5L tubs for restocking through a shift.
A mechanical controller runs the static cooling to hold -24 to -14°C, sized for gelaterias, kiosks and cafés with steady scoop sales. It moves on 4 wheels, 2 with brake, and it locks up out of hours. Noise sits at 45 dB(A). Annual energy use is 929kWh (class D).
