Tecna Multipurpose Knife, Microserrated Edge TT90014B, 14 cm

The Tecna Multipurpose Knife TT90014B from Ambrogio Sanelli is a professional kitchen knife with a 14 cm (5½") microserrated blade for general prep such as trimming, slicing and everyday cutting tasks. It suits restaurant kitchens, catering operations, hotels and cafes that need one reliable all-round knife at the pass.

The blade is NITRO-B nitrogen stainless steel (1.4916) with a semi-polished finish, and every piece receives a laser-controlled final sharpening for a long-lasting edge. The black handle combines a rigid polypropylene core, bonded to the steel tang, with a softer SEBS outer layer moulded with microspheres that reduce slipperiness and improve grip. All materials are non-toxic, sterilisable and dishwasher safe, and the knife complies with current food safety and hygiene regulations.

The same model is also made with a green handle in the HACCP colour system, and Ambrogio Sanelli has designed and made professional knives in Italy since 1864.
