The Supra Multipurpose Knife ST90014B from Ambrogio Sanelli is a professional 14 cm knife with a microserrated edge and a black SEBS handle, for general cutting jobs in a professional kitchen such as slicing bread rolls, vegetables and cold cuts at a single prep station.

The blade is NITRO-B nitrogen stainless steel (1.4916) with a semi-polished finish, and every piece receives a laser-controlled final sharpening for a long-lasting edge. The handle is ergonomic and anti-slip, contains an antibacterial additive and has a smooth guard for better hygiene.

All materials are sterilisable and resistant to corrosion and high temperatures, and the knife complies with current food safety and hygiene regulations. Made in Italy by Ambrogio Sanelli, professional knife makers since 1864. The same 14 cm multipurpose knife is also supplied with a green HACCP handle.
