Tecna Carving Knife TA70023B, 23 cm

The Tecna Carving Knife TA70023B is a professional carving knife with a 23 cm (9”) blade for slicing roasts, joints and cooked meats into even portions in restaurant and catering kitchens. The straight, pointed blade gives a clean, controlled cut across a wide surface.

The blade is NITRO-B nitrogen stainless steel (1.4916) with a semi-polished finish, and every piece receives a laser-controlled final sharpening for a long-lasting edge. The handle is dual-injection: a rigid polypropylene core bonded to the steel tang, with a soft SEBS outer layer textured with microspheres that reduce slipping and improve grip. All materials are non-toxic, dishwasher safe and sterilisable, and resist high temperatures without losing shape. Designed and made in Italy by Ambrogio Sanelli, professional knife makers since 1864.
