Supra Carving Knife SA71030B, 30 cm

The Supra Carving Knife SA71030B from Ambrogio Sanelli is a professional carving knife with a 30 cm (12") blade, 4.6 cm deep at the heel, for slicing roasts and portioning joints of meat in restaurant kitchens, catering operations and butcheries.

The blade is NITRO-B nitrogen stainless steel (1.4916) with a semi-polished finish, and every piece receives a laser-controlled final sharpening for a long-lasting edge. The black SEBS handle is ergonomic and anti-slip, contains an antibacterial additive and has a smooth guard for better hygiene.

All materials are sterilisable and resistant to corrosion and high temperatures, and the knife complies with current food safety and hygiene regulations. Designed and made in Premana, Italy, by Ambrogio Sanelli, professional knife makers since 1864. The same model is also made with a 25 cm blade.
