Supra Carving Knife SA70023B, 23 cm

The Supra Carving Knife SA70023B from Ambrogio Sanelli is a traditional carving knife with a 23 cm (9") blade, for slicing roasts and carving joints of meat at the table, on the pass or in a butchery. Its length suits smaller and medium cuts where a shorter, easier-to-control blade is preferred.

The blade is NITRO-B nitrogen stainless steel (1.4916) with a semi-polished finish, and every piece receives a laser-controlled final sharpening for a long-lasting edge. The black SEBS handle is ergonomic and anti-slip, contains an antibacterial additive and has a smooth guard for better hygiene.

All materials are sterilisable and resistant to corrosion and high temperatures, and the knife complies with current food safety and hygiene regulations. Designed and made in Premana, Italy, by Ambrogio Sanelli, professional knife makers since 1864. The same model is also made with 40 cm and 55 cm blades for larger cuts.
