Description

The Supra Triangular Spatula SZ20012B from Ambrogio Sanelli has a triangular 13 cm (5") blade, 12 cm (4¾") wide at the base, with rounded corners that avoid catching the edges of bowls and pans when scraping and folding mixtures.

The blade is NITRO-B nitrogen stainless steel (1.4916), the material used across the Supra range. The black SEBS handle is anti-slip, contains an antibacterial additive and is sterilisable, and the spatula is made in Premana, Italy, by Ambrogio Sanelli, professional knife makers since 1864.

A version of this triangular spatula with square corners is also made in a smaller 12 cm size, with a choice of 8 cm or 10 cm base widths (SZ19008B, SZ19010B).
